General Personal Skate Consultation (LOCAL ONLY)

To maintain our privacy as our shop operates from our fully renovated residential basement (as seen in the photos), we do not publicly list our address.

You will be required to provide the make, color, and model of your vehicle, as well as your license plate number. This information is necessary to ensure the safety of both you and our team, as well as to make it easy for our team to identify you upon arrival. You will be under video and audio surveillance upon entry.

Please read and understand the following waiver before Shauwney's Skate Palace performs any assembly, repair, mounting, or dismounting services on skate products not purchased directly from us.

I acknowledge and understand that Shauwney's Skate Palace typically does not offer services for skate products not purchased through them due to warranty and liability concerns. Despite this, I am requesting and authorizing Shauwney's Skate Palace to perform services (including but not limited to assembly, repair, mounting, or dismounting) on skate products that I have supplied and that were not purchased from Shauwney's Skate Palace.

I understand that by proceeding with these services, I am assuming all risks associated with the use of these products after services have been rendered. I agree to waive, release, and forever discharge Shauwney's Skate Palace, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, including any and all damages, losses, or injuries that may arise from or relate to the services performed on my outside skate products.

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for inspecting the products and ensuring their suitability and safety before and after any services performed by Shauwney's Skate Palace.

By booking an in-person appointment, you are providing written consent to the terms and conditions outlined above.
